Orders can be placed online, via phone or email.

What is the processing time?

All orders are processed within 5 business days, with notifications for any delays.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept debit and credit cards, cash, wire transfers, and e-transfers. Payment is required before shipment.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No minimum is required for pick-up orders.

Are shipping costs covered?

Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Free shipping within Niagara region for orders of $500 and above, and within GTA for $3000 and above.

Return & Exchange

All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted within 2 (two) days of receiving the order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Contact us for exchanges details.

Quality Assurance:

We guarantee the quality and authenticity of our products. If any product is received damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 2 (two) days for a replacement or refund all claims for damages, short shipments, and errors must be made within 72 hours (3 business days) of receipt of the order and must be authorized by SHB Distribution. All unauthorized returns will be denied.
